Blancpool uses the International Express EMS.

Delivery costs are automatically set according to the country and region when payment is made.

The delivery period varies depending on the country and region, and if delayed depending on the delivery status, it may take an average of three to four weeks from the date of payment.

And only Tokyo/Osaka shipments are allowed within Japan.

I sent an information mail to a customer in a country that cannot be delivered outside of Japan, so please check it.

You can check the shipping status of the product you ordered on My Account.

If you leave any changes on the cancellation/change board of the homepage, we will help you after checking the parts that can be modified.
